Advice needed... on intel v.90 faxMODEM??

Hi all, i have a V.90 modem which i'm try'n to use the fax component of the hardware... i can recieve fax's though when i send a fax it comes out all wrong.... (big fonts, not allinfoon fax sheet etc)..

Can anyone help... i've searched the help & support page though & i've try'd everything mentioned...

What program are you using to send faxes?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
