I know i've asked this before, but I'd really like some more advice on my site:

There's not a lot I can do about the content or colour scheme as these are the official Dream colours, but if you've got any other ideas....

Well that does not leave much, but I will tell you this:

Platform NT4

MS IE5 I think it look fine.

Nutscrape 4.06 crashes LOL

My opinion only....

I had to scroll to the right to view your intro, was a little annoying but anytime I have to scroll right I get irked.

I don't care for the brackets around your hyperlinks....if it's text its text, if you want a button use a graphic, don't try to make text look like a button. It looks sloppy to me. I do like the mouseover color change though, nice surprise! I wasn't expecting that after first impressions of the menu.

Those were the only things that stood out to me. Using a 800x600 screen resolution in IE 5.5.

1) You can fit the whole splach screen one page...no reason why there should be scroll bars

2) The site supposed to be about church, so try to make it have that kind of pressence...to start with i'd have some colors...you have too much black, black is supposed to symbolize death/bad/evil, not what you want on a site about the Church, try some bright or easy color schemes...

Other then that, the site looks nice...good job!! I have not failed; I have merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...

Wow...the flash intro's text was very small.

Also, I agree with GUJUm0deL on the site needing more color. I would even consider swapping the black background for a white one.
