advice - cgi based forum

what's up ...

I'm looking for a CGI based forum application with following function

- able to handle large scale customer log-in
- fee based link to certain part of forum (maybe fee based for forum log-in)

- multiple topics/categories
- user registration, profile editing, searching, user deactivation
- threads, email notification, topic subscription, template system

- english

any help?

Take a look at the apps available on HotScripts.com. There's bound to be something out there that will have what you need, or at least get you close to a solution to where you can modify it to add in the missing pieces.
