I am in the process of buying a new telephone equipment for my office. I own a 0x32 5.1 Is there a newer software that supports VOIP. I will need to have VOIP to interconnect a few of my offices. I have been reading about Nortel's BCM 400 and it looks good. I will need around 30 phones ,30 voicemails. Is this the right product for me? Any idea of how much it will cost me? Thanks

If you can hold off for just a little while, Nortel is adding a VOIP option to the 0x32. I don't have an exact date that it is supposed to ready, but soon I'm told. That would save you some bucks.
The BCM is in fact a good product now and would fit your needs very well. You could use your existing phones on it.

Thanks Marv.....Do you have an idea of how much this BCM with my specifications will cost? It it worth the wait? Thanks.Tony

Nortel is releasing/has recently released their Nortel VOiP gateway, a unit that will have 4 voice channel inputs that the KSU will treat like a CO line. a second site has a second gateway. dial the # of the other gateway and be connected to the other office like an incoming call.
