Advertize Callee State V10

Hi

Has anyone got Advertize Callee State To Internal Callers working?

I've have a system on V10 and have enabled this feature under the system tab, however not getting the status on the 9608, 9611, 9650, 1608, or 1408 handsets.

I have not tried this feature yet, but my guess is the firmware on the phone has not been updated to support the feature or its not getting other files it needs. Recently I had an issue with show last call duration and it wouldn't work because the phone was not getting the 46xxsettings file. Once I corrected that it worked fine. Just a guess.

Thanks - the phones did do a firmware upgrade once the system was updated to V10 and I have the same issue with digital phones as well as IP so that would count out the 46xxsetting file.

were you using hide call state or any of the other no user source numbers? Just wondering if one of them would have an affect.
