Come up with an original, well designed ad.
Check the copy ;-)
Place ad in said media

It's basically about understanding who you want to reach, finding the Unique Selling Proposition of your product and then making sure the right people get to hear about it.

but with such a competitive market you will have a lot of work to do. And PPC for hosting phrases is big money.

one suggestion. Get rid of the sound from the flash header very few people looking for hosting are going to put up with a dance beat hitting them on every page, It will have them hitting the close button very quickly.

In my opinion flash has its place and its not on a hosting companys front page.
Perhaps a web design service (as i see you have one)
But not hosting, it not only slows the site down the music can get annoying very quickly and the flash reloads too often, isnt there a way to keep the flash loaded between pages?
Stick with a static page or perhaps flash buttons.
