If I set my advertisement to start at 8:00AM for example Aug. 1, when will that advertisement actually go active for clients who are differently located geographically? My Primary Site is on GMT -5:00 while I am on GMT +8:00. Will I receive the advertisement on Aug. 1 at 8:00AM my time or will it be based on the Primary Server where advertisement was created?
