Reaching out before I raise a ticket with Avaya. I've a customer that's decided that busy indicators are too complicated and wants this feature. I enabled it on their system and tested but it did not display anything on the set. I tested in my lab with same result; take target off-hook and attempt to transfer call to it and no state description appears on the originating caller's display. I didn't see any known issues related to the feature in SP1 release notes, and I see nothing in the KB. Does anyone have this working and tested? If so were there any feature interactions that affect it's functionality? Would anyone mind testing in their lab to see if I'm having a three-drink brain fart?

When I called, my phone told me he was on another call in all three instances. I also tested this with a 4610 and the display said "on another call". It also worked across an scn...

ELalich, do you have a monitor trace? Have you considered calling a certified business partner to assist?
