advapi32.dll

Trying to install our software service on a NT4 Server SP6, however towards the end of this install the following error occurs "the ConvertStringSidToSidW could not be located in the dynamic link library advapi32.dll"
The system can find this file under the c:\winnt\system32 folder on his machine, im aware we are on different O/S, the version info on that .dll is version 4, on mine (win200)its 5.0.2195.6876.

Any help would be great.
