We just implemented Mitel 3300 + Mitel Application Suite 1.2 (NM v3.0). I am still testing the functions of Advanced UM and notice that I cannot play back a voice message in outlook through the phone. I don't know if it is a configuration issue or not. Could anyone give me a hand on this? Here is what I have:
1) Voicemail synchronization between outlook and phone is okay
2) Extension is configured in Outlook Tools > Options > Unified Messaging tab.
3) The error message is "Unable to establish connection"
4) I read some article saying that pager group has to be setup for Advanced UM to use this playback on phone feature.
