I recently upgrade nupoint to 12.5.5.13.01, we were having some problem making nupoint forward the message to MS Outlook but we got it to work, I think in the process we forgot to save something because this weekend I reboot the server and suddenly the UM stop working, I check all the mailboxes that use UM and the Licensing and everything seems ok the tech that help me is out of town and is not even replying my messages, if somebody can help me out I don’t know what step I’m missing so far I check COS, UM Licensing, the advance UM Configuration, mail server and LDAP.
