I want to alter some settings for all users of explorer within a domain. I searched through the domain policies but haven't found a key I want to have set to a specific option.
The key I want to have set is that which rules checking for a newer version of a web-page. On some computers within the domain this is set to automatic, resulting in 'older' pages (and upset users, having to press 'reload' every time).
Any suggestion where to look? (even Google suggestions are oké!)

In GPO...

User config, Windows Settings, IE Maintenance
right click and choose 'preference mode'
this makes the 'Advanced' option appear.
then you can modify and specify settings to apply....

the bit i'm not sure about in GPO is IE settings..
i know you can setup the browser on your PC like you want for the whole domain, then imprt into the GPO...
but i've never actually done it and when i try now on this PC i get an application eeror!!
sorry
