Advanced scheduling

I want to establish following schedule:
1) Saturday - full to tape no. 1 - clear archive bit
2) Monday - Friday hourly incremetnal to HDD folder 1 (on even weeks) - clear archive bit
3) Saturday - full to tape no. 2 - clear archive bit
2) Monday - Friday hourly to HDD folder 2 (on odd weeks)- clear archive bit

My problem: I cannot schedule hourly backup on even (or odd) weeks with std Arcserve scheduler.

Do you have any idea which would help me ? (different attitude, 3rd party software etc)

Create a pre-job script to determine if it is an 'odd' week or 'even' week, and create two backup jobs to go to the different locations. Each backup job should call the script.
