Advanced Preloaders.

Hello all,

I'm looking for information on creating advanced preloaders. I have proficient in flash, and have basic preloading down without problem (loading the entire movie before allowing a user to view it) but now I am looking for something more difficult to create a better flow inside my website (I.E. loading pieces of the website as they are required). I am looking for either a webpage link or a idea of a technique that could assist me in my quest for killer preloaders =0p

Any idea's?
