Advanced? Outlook Signature Problem

Hello,

There's a webpage (not mine) that updates hourly (asp.)

I want to create a signature that everytime you send an e-mail, it accesses the site, finds the info that I want (the info updates hourly which is why I will probably need to do it every time a message is sent) and sticks the wanted info into the signature.

Any ideas on how to start this?
Suggestions on whether to use an html based signature or scripts to accomplish this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
