Advanced Look Up

Hi,

I need to look up an id status change by a certain user. I have full rights to the system.

The ACT! System we have in place is used in a sales department and a certain salesman keeps changed the id status Account Manager from me to himself!

However this does leave a trial in the history section and i can clearly see that he has done it.

I know that there is a look up i can do that will bring all of these records up so that i can see what prospects he has done this to. But, i can't remember how to do it and the ACT! help is annoying me even more!

Can anyone help???
