Advanced Internet Options - where stored

I am trying to figure out where the advanced option "empty temporary files folder when browser is closed" is stored. I see an entry that looks like a good candidate in the registry but when I change it in IE, then look in the registry nothing is changing.

I am trying to add this to a custom install.
