In OMW when you select a object from your project, how do you set security on the user not being able to go to the menu bar and selecting Row/Advanced/Get

If you set the roll user to be Developer on the Proyect Owner, the user can´t use option menu bar.

Then use OW security to the program P98220 to limit the user
to chage the Owner Proyect.

Can you please give me the difference between Advanced Get and Get.
