We have been using CRM 3.0 for 2 years. All of a sudden, with ZERO changes on the server, client or active directory, 2 users out of 4 can no longer access any of the buttons for CRM in Outlook (Advanced Find, New Record, CRM from the toolbar etc). For these users, it works fine in the web client so it's not an IE setting or permission issue.
I also had this issue but for some reason it fixes itself after a few days, however, these are daily CRM users and cannot wait. Without Advanced Find or the buttons working, all new contacts have to be manually entered and you can't search. Makes it kinda useless.
I've already tried removing the CRM addin and re-adding, there are no disabled addons listed in Outlook. CRM is listed in the folders on the left (using combo of Outlook xp and 2003) and can see all the contacts etc in Outlook.
Any suggestions?
