Advanced exclude

Hello
I have some files with the same name in selected directory's subdirectories, but i don't know if there are this kind of files in another directories on this machine and I need to exclude them from beeing copied by arcserve (but only in specified directory and its subdirectories). Rest of this kind of files need to be copied.
So I can't filter with directory filter (in this subdirectories are other needed files). I can't filter them with file pattern filter, because in other directories are files with that names that I neet to copy...
Is there any solution for my problem

try \path\file

in manager click on filters, help, job filters, file pattens
