Advanced Direct Remailer

I have discovered how to send mail through the virtual smtp server in IIS. The mail now sits in the queue folder in Inetpub/mailroot.

How do I use Advanced Direct Remailer to forward it on.

Where do i get the smart host address so I can set it in the virtual smtp server to have ADR redirect it?

where do I get the primary and secondary DNS ADR asks for?

What is the ISP smptp setting inside the ADR delivery tab?

I think I need a step by step guide on how to set up ADR with virtual SMTP so I can forward mail.
