Advanced Coldfusion with MS SQL Database

I am using CF Enterprise 4.5.2 and MS SQL server 2000. I am trying to setup CF Advanced Security to use the MS SQL DB, but I keep seeing the following error when I open the template that adds users to policies:

Users for Policy "WebsiteAccess"
Current Users User Directory
No User Directories Available for Security Context My_Web_Context. Go to the Security Context Page to link User Directories.
