Does anyone have information on how an advanced auto attendant would work?
I have a pharmacy that is looking to have after hours customers press 1 then enter their prescription refill #, My understanding is this gets printed off and is ready for the pharmacy in the morning.
likely beyond me but I would be interested in knowing how it works.
