I am running Excel XP and need to create a formula that would look for a specific criteria in two separate columns and return the results. For example:

Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Frank Yes Yellow
Mary No Yellow
Isaac Yes Blue
Etc. Etc. Etc.

I want the formula to add up how many people (column 1) match "yes" in column 2 and "yellow" in column 3. Could someone help me? Thank you.

Juan
