We recently upgraded a customer's Kentrox Q2200 to the Adtran 3430 to support bonded T1's. All existing configs are working fine, however I can't get the 5610 VPN phones to communicate with the router. I've had this working great with the Kentrox but can't seem to get past the IKE no response stage. Has anyone set this up using those phones? If so any guidance would be appreciated. I've tried duplicating the current Kentrox setup (with the exception of the WAN IP, which changed) but with no success.

No, I've found reference to Sonicwall and Juniper but nothing for the Adtran. I'll certainly give this a try. Even the knowledgebase doesn't seem to have anything - unless i simply didn't look in the right spot. I'm working on getting this completed or at least working today. I'll respond back either way. Thanks

I think Kyle H is an Adtran man..... maybe he will read your cries for help!

Well, this has turned out to be a big pain. I've followed the Avaya technical tips doc to the note - created and deleted several users. It all seems pretty straight forward, however no go. I can't get past the initial IKE exchange. I've created a user, however my telnet access shows no remote user ID can be found. This shouldn't be this difficult. The customer isn't running a radius server, so I hope that isn't the problem. I'll give the tech support guys a call again, however none that I talked to are familiar with the Avaya VPN phone. My distributor gives support for Avaya only. Kinda stuck in the middle.
