ADSL connection on cisco router

I have ADSL connection on cisco router on a remote location.but the problem is everytime i restart router dialer change ip. That make me hard to telnet/monitor the router. i contact the service provider they said its DHCP at their end. Is there any way not to release the dialer IP?
