ADSL / Cable in Germany - is this available?

Hi, I currently look after 25 sites in the UK and have put all of them on broadband with Nildram (plug plug!).
I am looking to link our 17 German offices up too... does anyone have any experience with broadband/cable in Germany? Which ISPs should I use? I need at least 512k down, at least 128k Up and a static IP per installation.

I can't read German but have been given the job of setting this project up (inc visiting all of our German offices). Any advice on this would be warmly welcomed.
