ADSL backup for frame relay 1

i need to create a Cisco config for DSL backup for frame relay. The head end needs to assign static IPs to the remote clients, and NAT the statics to the FA0 IP address (global outside). The remote clients are 2801 routers. Some of them have ADSL cards, and some of them are pluging into the DSL modem provided by the local telco. All IPs are static. Any help would be appreciated.
