ADSIEdit: where do I find it?

I need to use ADSIEDIT on my domain controller, but didn't find it among the snap-ins available when I launch MMC.

Where can I find it? Do I need to download and install it? From where?

Adsiedit.msc is included on the Windows 2000 installation CD. You can install it from the CD by using ... Support\Tools\Setup.exe.
