ADS/SAL Requirements.

A while back there was a push from Avaya to have a certain percent of a BPs customers on a SAL server with a 90% or higher healthy rate for their equipment in GRT. Does anyone know if this is still the case and or where I might find some documentation on this? I have been looking but unable to find anything thus far.

I don't know for certain about Avaya's current policy but I do know that we were pushed very hard over the last year to clean up old and unused SEID's from our SAL's so I suspect they still have a push on for that.
