I ran out of agent licences in my contact center. I need to add 2 more ACD groups.
I am giving them plain acd. I like to add an ads block for login id's. Does anyone know if that will cause a problem with contact center

why do you need to add the ADS block if the phonesets are controlled by Contact Center?

I have no agents left in Contact Center so I have to give them plain jane ACD I would like to give them login ID's

You may very well have to out your current agents to add the ADS Block. Doubt it put possibly. The other thing you need to be careful about is ALOG in the que for Call Pilot. I added an ADS Block to a switch once and it caused Call Pilot to go down because by default ALOG is no. So prior to the ADS Block Call Pilot didn't care because the ALOG prompt was not even there. But as soon as I added the ADS Block it logged out all my Call Pilot ports and I had to go in and turn ALOG to yes on the Call Pilot Que.
