Adprep WIN32 Error

When I run Adprep /domainprep on one of my DC's it gives me this "win32" Error. Anybody has any clues or have come across this. I all ready ran /forestprep successfully on my FSMO and /domainprep sucessfully on my Infrastructural machine.

You only need to run forestprep and domainprep once (unless this machine is in a different domain)
