I want to create an ADP database using SQL Server. However, I need to be able to setup (configure) the SQL server in my computer. Is there any download that I coud use to generate an SQL server version on my workstation. By so doing, I could test the SQL server prior to moving it to a production environment.

Guidance and/or suggestions will be appreciated.

Luis

Worth a look too... thread181-1527336

Although it just says not to use ADP's :)

I was going to tell you to download MS SQL Server Express, except PHV beat me to it.

In a nutshell, it is the same as standard SQL Server with a few relatively minor limitations, the main one being that the size of a database is limited to 4 GB.
