ADP Interface

I am trying to interface with ADP and Aloha 5.3. ADP is telling me what is outputting from Aloha is not what they need. They keep telling me it works but I can't seem to get them what they need. Is there an Add-on that needs to be purchased or are the settings that Aloha has on install enough?
