I have several ADP/ADE's that are currently running fine accessing data with SQL Server 7.0 on the back end. While migrating some users to Windows XP and Office 2003 from NT/Access 2000, I found that certain parts of the ADP/ADE's no longer work, specifically those areas that use Stored Procedures to populate the drop downs as well as other functions. Queries written within the page seem to still work OK.

My gut feeling is that this is a security issue in XP or Access 2003 that I need to address. Among the error messages is that "Security in Access is set to Medium or High and the Microsoft Jet 4.0 SP8 update is not installed".

However, all updates in this organisation are Baseline controlled...I will be blocked on this one for months!

Pointers readily accepted!
