ADP 2002 project hangs in Access XP

We have openend an Access 2000 project in Access XP (On windows XP (Dutch)) and are now experiencing problems when navigating through the records. The project hangs when we we move quickly from record to record. Has anybody in this forum experienced similar problems? Are there any solutions available.
