ADOX in Browser?

I want to create a webpage for IE 5.5+ that can be used on a corporate intranet to allow the user to use a common dialog control to browse to an Access database, and then I want some embedded ActiveX control (or ADOX object) to read the database/table structure with ADOX. Assuming I have everyone set their security to allow this for the intranet, is it possible to do this?

Any sample code or ideas appreciated.
