i am working on a project.the front-end is being designed in
vb6.0.the back-end(data-base) is access.the project where to
be installed is more then two pcs connected in LAN . so i am using the adodc . the first Q. is..
will this adodc work properly in LAN?
2nd Q. is...
how to search a particular data using adodc from one of many tables in the database?
..........an early soln. will help me.

An ADODC will work across the LAN. You just suffer the usual problems of accessing an Acess database across the LAN.
An ADODC is bound to a particular table, although this can be changed programatically at runtime. If you are wanting to do this type of thing, I would recommend using just straight ADO.
