I thought you could have more than one data control on a form, as I have several different tables (7 tables) within a database and was going to set up several data grids to use to edit these tables.

However when I try to add a second adodc VB locks up and I have to alt-ctrl-del and "End Task" to regain control.

Can you use more than one adodc on a form or is there a way to have the one adodc pull records from several table or a better idea to do what I need too.

If it makes any differance - V.B. 6.0 (current service paks) and WIN98SE

yes it's possible, but what does your code look like?? ----------------

What code are you asking about? as both the adodc and the ado data grid do not use code other than what is built-in to the control (under their proporties)..
