Adobe - Slow Printing

I have users who are experiencing delays when printing off PDF docs from Adobe Reader (v7). The print dialogue box comes up quick enough, however the progress bar when the job is spooling to the printer takes several minutes, before the job prints off very slowly. Don't have this issue with every user, and its not happening with any other app. Anyone got any ideas?

The printer type that you are using seems to have an error when printing an adobe file, you can change the printer driver to laserjet 4 and print using that. There will be no change to the way your printer prints standard forms

I have the same problem with some of my users too. I have changed the driver from PCL to PS - I found this is happening on HP printers and Ricoh copier/printers.
