adobe registration upgrade

we are using acrobat professional 6.0 and wanted to upgrade to 8.0. but cannot find the original disk with the serial number on it even though the software is on both computers. we have the original box but no disk.
so adobe says we have to buy the full program.
is there any place on my mac that it will show the serial number so i can upgrade?

launch Acrobat and go to Acrobat menu/About Acrobat. The owner name and serial number is on the bottom right. Make sure to take a screenshot and save it so you don't have to always launch Acrobat to get the number.



Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4 & G5

adobe said that number was 4 numbers short of the serial number.

Screen shot it and send to Adobe via email. They should give you an email address to send it.
