Adobe Reader attachment issues

Need some help!
I have a user who can not attach adobe documents to an email I went through the preferences and everything looks right but when the user tries to attach a form to their email this happens (see pic below). what am i doing wrong?

We can't see what you're doing wrong because that screenshot is so poor. Another try?

The BCC field seems to indicate this email message is spawned from a mailto hyperlink. That mailto reference is probably malformed. The user may not be doing anything wrong.
