Adobe Reader and Aficio 7500

Currently, we are using a Ricoh Aficip MP 7500 for printing. Hole punching/stapling works fine from other programs NeoOffice, Text Edit, etc. However, when printing from Adobe Reader, the 7500 will not hole punch.

Any suggestions as to where/what setting I should be looking at?

While I know nothing about your printer, I have found that opening pdfs in Preview and printing from that, solves a lot of printing problems encountered with both Acrobat and Reader.

Using OSX 10.3.9 & 10.4.11 on a G4, G5 & Intel Macbook
