Adobe Reader 8.0 and 8.1

Someone who is working from a remote location has had issues with the above versions of Reader printing blank pages from certain .pdf's to the printer at that site. Of course, when printing to different model printers at other locations there is never an issue. Seems to be an issue between this user's printer (HP Officejet 7300) and the Adobe Reader version 8 and 8.1? Also, had never been an issue in the past.
