Does anyone else here think that it may be a good idea to split this Photoshop Forum into Photoshop 6.0 and Photoshop 5.5 and earlier?
There are predictable bugs that came with 6.0, and although
Adobe is promising a patch repair release ASAP, problems
of this nature are apparently to be expected, and we can project that they will generate discussion and interest until resolved. Searching through ALL these threads to locate which ones focus on 6.0 is time consuming.
I think this forum could borrow from the lead FlashKit took when Flash 5.0 came along: they immediately and not very subtletly shifted primary focus to the most current form of software. Other versions are still covered, but they have designated forums of their own.
Or will we be compelled to sift through every level and every version of discussion thread to find those specific to our own interests?
I've suggested changes in these forums before and hit a fairly substantial 'brick wall'; I don't really expect anything different with this suggestion.
