Adobe printing with comments (Help)

I have a file that I comment on, then certify & save, then print with comments. That works. If I have printer problems and have closed out of the document, it will not allow me to go back in and print with comments. Is there a way around this?

If you (or anyone) has placed restrictions on the file that can reduce your printing options. To release the restrictions you will have to enter the document password that will allow changes.
