We have had several calls from staff in our organization regarding print issues from Abobe Acrobat lately. What is happening is, when people try to print they are getting font errors and image errors and the document won't print. We discovered that the print option within Adobe 'print as image' was unchecked. When we select the print image option it would print normally. Is there a way to fix this for all users at once so we do not have to fix this on a case by case basis?Is this a user profile specific setting in Windows?
Appears to be happening at random with many diffrent users and on different network printers.
Is this happening with several different PDF documents
Could this be fixed globally for everyone(i.e print driver setting on print server.)?
