I have Adobe Premiere 5.1 installed on a Windows XP pro box. I install periodic updates from Microsoft. Recently, I found that Adobe Premiere has been effected by something OS related. It runs fine for an administrator, but when a user tries to open a preexisting file, Premiere states that there are not enough handles available. Thus the project does not open. Has anyone seen/heard about this problem?

I think if that happens when you double-click the file, but not when you start Premiere then do File>Open.
