Adobe premier audio problems

Has anyone had a similar problem to this? If so we would very much appreciate your help. Using Adobe premier 5.1 we can capture video and audio feeds but whilst the audio exists and can be played back on its own through the speaker it will not play through the monitor or alongside the captured video?

Best thing to do is to search the Adobe forum:

... with words including your capture card(you didn't mention here) and audio.
