Adobe photoshop compatibilty with dream weaver 3

Pls can some one tell me is Adobe photoshop 7 compatible with dream weaver 3.
Beacuse i m making a website and i m using dream weaver 3 and for editing of pics and buttons i have used adobe photoshop 7. But when i open the webpage, the small red crosses come instead of the pics and buttons.Pls help me out.

Hi,

Photoshop is used for doing the layout work or GUI templates. Then it is sliced up as images and put into whatever html editor you use to create your site.

What exactly do you have right now?
